УСЛОВИЯ ПРОГУЛОК НА ТЕПЛОХОДЕ

Tickets

Tickets are valid for 24/48 hours from the first departure. Keep your tickets with you at all times! If lost replacements will not be issued and you cannot travel. You must show or purchase your ticket when getting on board. Passengers found travelling without a valid ticket will be charged the full Hop on Hop off Boat Tour fare. You will not be permitted to use any Dock 8A Boat service, unless you have a valid ticket for the entire journey.
 

Children, Students

Children may travel free. A child is defined as being aged from 0-6 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Only students with international student card get discount.
 

Departure Places and Times

The Company endeavours to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However the Company reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without prior notice, if the circumstances require.
 

Routes, delays

The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of extreme weather conditions or water activities (too high/low water level, fog, thunder storm or ice breaking) and any external conditions that justify the route change or delay. The Company also reserves the right to provide English live-guided sightseeing tour if the circumstances require.
 

Boats

In case of unforeseen circumstances the Company is not obligated to refund the price of your ticket. The Company operates a timetabled service and reserves the right, for safety reasons, to refuse you access to travel on a particular departure. For safety reasons you are required to remain seated on the upper deck while the boat is in motion. As we operate a Hop on Hop off service, seats cannot be guaranteed on either deck. Boarding depends on free capacity. Arrival/Departure times can change due to traffic conditions. No boat tours in extreme weather conditions or water activities: too high/low water level, fog, thunder storm or ice breaking.
 

Refunds

Any application for a refund must be made to the Company’s office at 1051 Budapest, Jane Haining rakpart 8A kikötő (tickets must be enclosed).
The total amount of refund is limited to the price of the ticket.
 

Accident or Loss

Please take care of all your belongings at all times. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct/consequential loss, however caused. The Company's responsibility extends to the price of the ticket.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed on board.
